Precipitated calcium carbonate




Precipitated calcium carbonate is used in similar applications to ground calcium carbonate. However the particle size distribution is much finer and more tightly controlled, allowing precipitated calcium carbonate to be used more for paper coating and surface finishing applications. It is also used in liquid products, medicines and cosmetics where a very small particle size is invaluable.
